Based in Israel and previously known as CAL Cargo Airlines (until 2022), Challenge Airlines IL has held an Israeli air certificate (AOC) since 1999. It operates a fleet of two B747-400F aircraft and offers a scheduled service between Tel-Aviv, Europe, and the US (via Liege, Belgium).
Challenge Airlines IL is a member of IATA, and holds a number of certificates including: TCO (Third Country Operator) certificate, CCAR-129 (Chinese Operation Specification), US Operation specification, as well as a wide range of ACC3 certificates (security licences) in different locations across the globe.
