FOUNDER OF THE CHALLENGE GROUP

Challenge Group’s visionary and founder, Offer Gilboa, began as CAL Cargo Airlines’ Chairman of the Board and CEO in 2010. He laid the foundations for the establishment of Challenge Group in 2020, spearheading its strategic expansion and rebranding. CAL Cargo Airlines was renamed Challenge Airlines IL in 2022. A prominent Israeli businessman and entrepreneur, Offer Gilboa has led leading fashion and retail brands for the past 20+ years, and was awarded with the Israeli Industry Award in 2004.

YOSSI SHOUKROUN

CEO OF CHALLENGE GROUP

Yossi Shoukroun CEO of Challenge Group is an expert in air cargo with more than 30 years of extensive experience in business development, international cargo development, logistics, and total supply management. Yossi Shoukroun began his career as business development manager at Logisticare (Maman) in 1995, after a degree in industrial engineering from Bar Ilan University. He joined Challenge Group in 2003, first as Director of Operations of Liege Air Cargo Handling Services (LACHS), and then as Managing Direct and COO of CAL Cargo Airlines. He has been the CEO of Challenge Group since May 2021.
